Hostage
Hostage, is always hard at work in the clubs and in the studio manufacturing tough electro beats that span a wide spectrum of musical styles with devastating dancefloor accuracy. Over the last couple of years his raving pilgrimage has taken him all over Europe, US, Asia and Australia bringing a heady mix of rave, electro and house to the bass-hungry masses. 2009 saw a rapid rise into the limelight through much increased BBC Radio 1 support culminating in a live and explosive Radio 1 Essential mix with Annie Mac in January 2010.

DC Breaks
Responsible for some of our favourite remixes over the past few months, from Rox to Tinie Tempah. They release a hefty six tracker on May 3rd on Futurebound’s Viper Recordings. The ‘Halo EP’ is a goldmine, comprising an impressive collection of guaranteed dancefloor smashes which they dish out in full effect during their 6 deck drum and bass showcases. Did you check out their guest mix on Fabio and Grooveriders Radio 1 show? Huge!

Funtcase
His productions include ‘Gorilla Flex’ and ‘Make our day’. Futuristic dubstep filth!

Cookie Monsta
Produces the most barbaric grimey dubstep that has ever faced humankind!

Get Carter
Hot property at the moment! Energetic resident Dj of both the Custard Factory and Gatecrasher! Similar in style to Annie Mac and fuses electro, techno, dubstep and Dnb in his sets. Has a strong (at times mad!) following of clubbers having played regularly at these two respected clubbing venues.

Custard Factory nightclub move Saturday 19th June event to Saturday 24th July.
Factory Events (representing nightclub activity at the Custard Factory) would like to inform all of their customers that unfortunately the popular Stupid Underground event planned for Saturday 19th June has been voluntarily postponed to the new date of Saturday 24th July.
The reasons for this are due to the venue wanting to work side by side with the police to allow enough reasonable time to thoroughly review all safety measures and operations they have in place at the nightclub spaces within the Custard Factory complex.
This review comes after a serious incident which occurred at the Custard Factory nightclub during the ‘Urban Music Gathering’ music event on the evening of Saturday 12th June.
A head spokesman of the promotional team for the planned Saturday 19th June Stupid Underground event says
‘Obviously we are extremely disappointed that a show in which we were expecting 2000+ fun loving, party and music minded people has been cancelled due to one persons actions at a completely different type of event the week before. We do however totally respect the venues decision to assist the police in a bid to ensure this fantastic music venue remains how it has always been, a safe, relaxed environment in which music-minded people attend to socialise. All of our efforts are now focused on getting the message out there to our loyal clubbers that this show is now taking place on Saturday 24th July and not to turn up this Saturday.’
‘All persons who have bought a ticket will be able to use their ticket for the Saturday 24th July event or will be able to get a full refund from http://www.theticketsellers.co.uk or phoning 0844 870 0000’
Factory Events continue to say
‘We are aware that it is not just the Custard Factory nightclub spaces affected this Saturday with the police advising all late night entertainment venues in the City to take extra measures to ensure the safety of its customers’
‘We take our customers welfare extremely seriously and this is why we are working with the police to investigate the issues of last weekend. Already we have increased and upgraded our CCTV coverage of the site as requested by the authorities’
